Carlie Manto, MA, LPC, NCC, is a highly skilled Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in psychotherapy and cognitive rehabilitation. With extensive experience in evidence-based treatment approaches, she is committed to helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. Carlie utilizes a behavioral-focused, trauma-informed approach, integrating Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based Strategies to support lasting emotional and cognitive well-being.
As a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) therapist, Carlie is an expert in helping clients overcome chronic sleep difficulties. CBT-I is a gold-standard, evidence-based approach that targets unhelpful sleep patterns and replaces them with healthier behaviors and thought processes, empowering individuals to achieve restorative sleep without relying on medication. Additionally, Carlie is a highly trained Executive Function Coach, specializing in helping clients enhance key cognitive skills such as attention, organization, time management, and self-regulation. Carlie earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from East Stroudsburg University and her Master of Arts in Professional Counseling with an Education Specialty from Seton Hall University.
