Crystal Williams, MS, LAC, CPRP is a licensed associate counselor and certified psychiatric rehabilitation practitioner who provides psychotherapy services to adults with a range of diagnoses and difficulties. Crystal obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University and immediately began providing psychiatric rehabilitation services to adults with co-occurring psychological issues living in group homes, where her passion for the field of rehabilitation counseling was ignited. Crystal obtained her Master of Science in Rehabilitation Counseling with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rutgers University. Before joining the team at Shore Neuropsychology, Crystal therapeutic interventions to a diverse population of adults with co-occurring psychological issues at a community mental health agency for nine yearsears. Crystal also facilitated life skills management groups intended to improve interpersonal skills and self-confidence.
Crystal uses care, unconditional positive regard, empathy, and understanding to provide a safe, supportive space for individuals to express themselves without the fear of judgment. With an emphasis on behavioral-focused therapies, Crystal motivates individuals to learn strategies to address their daily challenges with confidence. Crystal prioritizes client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally competent treatment approaches to foster hope, resilience, empowerment, and overall mental health wellness.
Crystal is happiest when she is outdoors with a beautiful water view and loves to spend time with her large family, dear friends, and two rescue dogs from Georgia.
