Shannon Hensel, LAC is a licensed associate counselor who provides psychometric services to adults and children. Shannon previously provided psychotherapy services in a private practice setting, and assisted with testing services in a pediatric hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. She is passionate about the field of psychology and mental health as a whole, utilizing compassionate and client-centered approaches to testing and treatment. She maintains cultural sensitivity and is dedicated to working with individuals from all walks of life.

Shannon obtained her Master of Science in Clinical Professional Counseling and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology both from Loyola University Maryland. She facilitated psychoeducational groups teaching acceptance and commitment therapy while at Loyola. Shannon prioritizes client care and strives to create a non-judgmental and safe space for individuals to feel comfortable and supported.

Shannon loves to go to the beach, hike, play tennis, and spend time with loved ones.
